Cheesy pasta recipe
This is a very simple cheesy pasta recipe that is nutritious and easy to make and have on hand for a quick meal when living a busy life. It can be varied to make it a vegetarian dish.
The recipe
- Cook 3 cups of pasta until quite soft,
- 150 g of bacon pieces, lightly fry in a little olive oil (Substitute mushrooms for vegetarians),
- 2 chopped red onions, lightly fry with above,
- 250g of chopped up tasty cheese, stir and melt this into the hot mix,
- 1.5 cups of milk,mix in thoroughly,
- Add a dash of curry, Vegeta or another seasoning to taste,
- Transfer to a casserole bowl for heating to boiling point in a microwave oven thermal oven in preparation for serving or for storage in the refrigerator or freezer.
